¾ cup of almond butter

¼ cup of peanut butter

2/3 cup of sugar

1 large egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon baking soda

½ cup of chocolate chips (or as many as you want!)


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a medium bowl, mix together the almond butter, peanut butter, and sugar. Once combined, mix in the egg, vanilla, and baking soda until evenly combined. Then add in the chocolate chips (you may need to use your hands to fold the chips into the doughalmond butter is notoriously unsticky).

Drop the dough on a baking sheet by the tablespoon 2-3 inches apart and bake for 10-12 minutes. The cookies are a bit fragile when they first come out, so keep them on the baking sheet for 5-10 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.
