5/5 Review: Heated by J. Kenner

I knew better than to risk my heart. But fierce passion comes at a high price.

I grew up believing in right and wrong, good and evil, black and white. I knew better than to trust. And then I met Tyler Sharp.

Bold, charming, and dangerously sexy, Tyler always gets what he wants. But his smile can be deceiving, his dealings sordid, his ambitions ruthless. I thought I was the one woman strong enough to resist him, but our need for each other was too urgent to deny.

One look and I was in trouble. One touch and I was hooked. One night and I became his.

And now that I’ve fallen, there’s no going back.

**********

J. Kenner is one of my favorite authors to read when it comes to something romantic with a little desire of the forbidden mixed in. Heated is all about passion and the sexual appetite that builds up between the two characters Tyler Sharp and Sloane O’Dell. The storyline is has heated as the picture on the cover of this book. Tyler is part owner of a gentleman’s club while Sloane is a Detective doing a friend a favor while on medical leave. Kenner brings this book to life with her writing, makes you wish you were really experiencing what these two characters did. From beginning to end, Sloane fights with knowing how bad she wants and how bad she shouldn’t want Tyler. This is one fantastic page turner that anyone will not want to put down once they pick it up
