Ever After is the third book from the Nantucket Brides trilogy, and since I have read this one I would love to get my hands on the first two. The main character Hallie is one tough women and that someone you know you could always depend on. I felt a little sympathy for her because she put her life on hold for her step sister. This step sister seems to get whatever she wants by shedding a tear. Deveraux brings a romantic twist to her character by a man named James Taggert, who has secrets of his own. These two come together in such a romantic, fairy tale way that it makes this story so very magical. Ever After is a book for the ages.
