Review: Mistletoe on Main Street by Olivia Miles

Grace Madison is heading home with her tail between her legs.  She left with a broken heart and hasn't looked back. But, now a broken engagement and a book that did badly have her needing the comfort of home and hearth.  She runs into a snow bank and Luke (the guy that broke her heart all those years ago), rescues her.  Add on that her family are being scoogy.

Luke, isn't happy to see Grace either, even though he thought that he and Grace were meant for each other but he let her go thinking she would never be happy staying in Briar Creek.  Luke is now a widow and not ready to deal with his feeling for Grace.  Te two slowly find each other and try to bring the Christmas Spirit back to both themselves and their family.

I will be putting this back on my shelf to read in July when the weather is steamy and I need the thoughts of Christmas to cool me off.  Ms. Miles writing is lovely and I found myself hoping that Christmas would be sweet and special.

If you are looking for a sweet holiday read or just a lovely story about finding yourself in your past.  I would recommend Mistletoe on Main.  I look forward to reading more of the Briar Creek Series.
