He scared me, he thrilled me and after one touch all I could think about was getting more. Makayla never thought she'd set foot in an elite mixed-martial arts club, but if anyone needs a medic on hand, its these guys. then again, at her first sight of the clubs owner she's the one feeling breathless.
The man they call Torment is all sleek muscle and restrained power. Whether it's in the ring or in the bedroom, he knows exactly when a soft touch is required and when to launch a full on assault. He always knows just how far he can push, and he's about to tempt Makayla in ways she never imagined.
This is a great book. I give this book a 5 star rating, it is very well written. It kept me on the edge of my seat at all times wondering what was going to happen next. It was very hard to put the book down. The details in the book very very good.
The fact that Makayla fell in love with Torment before she even knew who he really was is awesome. She fell for him and not his money. I love that when she found out who he really is she took time to make sure that she was falling for him for the right reasons. It made me cry when Max was in the hospital and Makayla was pouring her heart out to him telling him all about her childhood while he was in a coma and staying with him for hours at a time waiting for him to wake up.
There is a lot to the book and people will really be able to relate with the feelings in the book such as love, happiness, friendship and sadness. I would highly recommend this book to everyone.
